I am trying to fix up an old house I recently purchased in Chicago. The roof is leaking in a few places so I need to get the whole thing replaced. I am looking for Roofing Contractor Chicago. I would like all of the shingles and plywood pulled off before the new roof goes on. I just want to make sure there is no mold or anything going on under the old roof. I would like to find an environmentally friendly contractor if possible. Someone that will recycle the asphalt shingles. I would also like the contractor to have a good reputation in the community. I need a rock solid contract for the work that is going to be done so there are no surprises. I know what I want and how much I am willing to pay. The only way I will pay more is if the contractor needs to do any work below the old roof.
